Full payment is required to complete your purchase. We will mail ready-to-ship jewelry or start fabricating your made-to-order jewelry after receiving the full payment.
Methods Of Payment
We accept Paypal payments or Shopify processed credit card (Visa, Amex, Diners Club, Discover, Mastercard) payments during checkout. Installment payment plan is also available through Paypal Credit. Please read below for more details.
Canadian residents will be required to pay a 5% GST (goods and service taxes). If you live in the province of Ontario, you will be charged a 13% HST (harmonized sales tax) instead. Taxes will be automatically added to the final cost during checkout.
Installment Payment Plan
Installment payment plan is available through Paypal Credit. If Paypal Credit isn’t possible for you, we do accept installment payment plans whereby we start working on your ring but will only ship it out once full payment is completed. Please contact us for more details.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Each piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted, inspected and shipped only when it meets strict quality standards. Customer satisfaction is my utmost priority and I want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase and want an exchange or refund, please contact me within 7 days of delivery of your item. Items applicable for return must be in its original packaging and new condition for a refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to ship the item back to and from me.
Ready-to-ship items can only be exchanged or refunded if no alterations (sizing, engraving etc) were requested. The amount refunded will be 96% of cost (4% Shopify fee and shipping fees are non-refundable.)
Made-to-order items applicable for returns will incur a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of resources and labor required to make the ring. All our jewelry is hand made and incurs material and labor costs, some requiring multiple skilled artisans days to fabricate as it involves multiple processes from customizing, carving wax, casting, setting stones and polishing etc.
Custom order items (including special order stone, engraving, design customization etc) cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. If a custom order item is eligible for refund/exchange, there will be a 30% restocking fee to cover for material and labor costs.
Returns For Resizing
We recommend customers have their ring size measured at a jewelry store for accuracy so we can avoid having to ship ring back and forth for resizing. However, we will gladly resize your ring if it is resizable without compromising the integrity of the stone or ring. If your ring needs to be enlarged two sizes or more, there will be a $60 fee to cover for material costs. Items can be returned for resizing for up to 5 months. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to ship the item back to and from me.
TURNAROUND / FABRICATION TIME
Made-to-order items take up to 3 to 4 weeks before they’re ready and shipped out as it involves working in wax/resin, casting metal, setting stones, polishing and other processes to finish your piece. I’ll do my best to make and ship out items sooner without rushing.
Note: Custom design orders (items not listed, bespoke designs or those requiring design customization) will take an additional week or two as it will involve designing, prototyping in wax and iterations to get the final piece right. You will be updated throughout the process.
Rush Orders :If you require a rush order or need an item delivered by a certain date, please inquire with me first before placing your order. I do accommodate rush order requests if possible. However, there may be additional charges depending on your chosen design and requested turnaround time in order to cover for rush shipment fees from stone/material suppliers or for overtime labor.
Ready-made items are shipped out within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received in full.
All items are shipped in a beautiful gift box, insured, with a tracking number and require signature upon delivery. The default shipping method for majority of packages is through Canada Post Xpress. You have the option to upgrade shipping and select a faster method on the jewelry item’s page. Overnight shipping and shipping with FedEx is an option as well. Ready-made items are shipped out within 2-4 business days after payment is received in full. Made-to-order items can take 2-3 weeks before they’re ready and shipped out. I’ll do my best to make and ship out items sooner without rushing. If you require a rush order or need the item delivered by a certain date, please inquire with me first.
***IMPORTANT*** Please double check that your shipping address has been entered correctly. For security purposes, I can only ship to PayPal verified addresses or credit card billing addresses. If you prefer your ring shipped to a different address, please add that address to your Paypal account and select it as your shipping address before making your payment.
For customs purposes, every international package will be sent with a packing slip outlining the price/value of the item and the shipping address. The package will also be marked ‘Custom Fashion Accessory. Handmade in Canada – Not for resale.’ I cannot mark the package as ‘GIFT’ or lower the value of the item as it is against the law, considered mail fraud and could risk having the package confiscated.
International customers are responsible for any applicable custom fees, processing fees and VAT taxes that may be charged by your country. For USA customers: American customers don't have to pay any custom fees since handmade jewelry is exempt from custom taxes under the new USMCA (previously NAFTA) agreement. Some countries do not allow jewelry to be imported. Please check the jewelry import policies of your country before making the purchase. I will not be responsible for any confiscated items.
Lost Items Insurance Claims
All items are shipped with insurance. On extremely rare occasions, a package can get lost during shipment. During such incidents, I will assist you in trying to locate your item or help you file insurance claims. If your parcel is lost during shipment, an insurance claims must be filed no later than 90 days of shipment date. (Note: For United States shipments using USPS service, there is a wait period of 40 days before insurance claims can be filed.) Please notify me if your package does not arrive in the given time frame.
Damaged Items Insurance Claims
If your item was damaged during shipment, please notify me immediately so I can file an insurance claim for you. Damaged item insurance claims must be filed no later than 7 days of delivery of package. All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received and not returned to the shipping carrier or me before an insurance claim is completed.
