Refunds & Exchanges

Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted, inspected and shipped only when it meets strict quality standards.  Customer satisfaction is my utmost priority and I want you to be happy with your purchase.  If there is an issue with the quality, please contact us immediately.  Items applicable for exchange or return must be in its original packaging and new condition.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges to ship the item back to and from me.

Ready-to-ship items can only be exchanged or refunded if no alterations (sizing, engraving etc) were requested.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Made-to-order / Custom Order / Bespoke jewelry pieces (including special order stones, engraving, design customization etc) cannot be returned for refund or exchange.  Our made-to-order/custom/bespoke pieces are hand made and incur material and labor costs, some requiring multiple skilled artisans days to fabricate as it involves processes from 3d design, customization, wax carving, casting, setting stones and polishing etc.  If there is an issue with the quality, please contact us immediately. 

Discounted items are final sale.

Returns for resizing - We recommend customers to have their ring size measured at a jewelry store for accuracy so we can avoid having to ship ring back and forth for resizing.  However, we will gladly resize your ring if it is resizable without compromising the integrity of the ring.  Items can be returned for resizing for up to 5 months.  Customer is responsible for shipping charges to ship the item back to and from me.

Credit card processing fees: On purchases applicable for a refund, a credit card processing fee of 5.5% will be deducted to cover fees associated with payment processing by a third party company.
